On behalf of the Board, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Board (save for the Interested Directors) has deliberated on the content of the SCR Offer Letter and has resolved to table the Proposed SCR to the Entitled Shareholders of MTD ACPI for their consideration and approval.
