The Board of Directors of Poh Huat Resources Holdings Berhad ("Poh Huat" or "the Company") wishes to announce that a final single-tier dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 October 2020 ("Proposed Final Dividend") is recommeded for the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The total dividends paid and proposed by Poh Huat in respect of the financial year ended 31 October 2020 are 9 sen per ordinary share.

The entitlement date and payment date in respect of the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by Poh Huat at a later date.
