Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 25 August 2020 ("Announcement") and the Company's reply on 01 September 2020 to the queries from Bursa Securities dated 28 August 2020 ("Queries") in relation to the Proposed Disposal. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement and Queries.
The Board of Ipmuda wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal by Ipmuda Architectural Products Sdn Bhd has been completed on 23 December 2020 as all monies towards the purchase price has been settled and the Purchaser has received vacant possession in accordance with the terms of the SPA dated 25 August 2020.
