We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 28 September 2020 and 30 September 2020 in respect of the changes in the composition of the Audit & Risk Management Committee (‘ARMC”) of Omesti.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had applied and been granted an extension of time of 3 months from 28 December 2020 to 27 March 2021 to comply with Paragraphs 15.09(1)(c), 15.10 and 15.19 of the Main LR.
