Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of TPG wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 December 2020, offered the options to subscribe for ordinary shares under the ESOS of the Company to Mr Rohit Chandrasekharan, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, the details of which as follows:-

The options will be vested and can be exercised 2 years from the date of grant, 29 December 2022.

 

 

This offer is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at a general meeting of the Company to be convened at a later date.
