We refer to the Company’s announcements on public shareholding spread dated 3 January 2019, 9 January 2019, 17 January 2019, 25 February 2019, 25 April 2019, 3 June 2019, 6 August 2019, 25 October 2019, 15 November 2019 and 26 February 2020, 29 April 2020, 22 June 2020, 3 August 2020 and 23 October 2020.

Based on the Company’s Register of Depositors as at 1 December 2020, the public shareholding spread of the Company was at 20.95%. This percentage represents a shortfall of 4.05% from the Public Spread Requirement.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide their letter dated 22 June 2020 granted the Company an extension of time from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2020 to comply with the Public Spread Requirement.  The Company had on 8 December 2020 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021 to comply with the Public Spread Requirement.  The decision from Bursa Securities is still pending.
