Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of the Bursa Securities, Mr. Fong Wah Kai, the Executive Director of POLY GLASS FIBRE (M) BERHAD ("the Company") wishes to announce his intention to deal in securities of the Company during the current closed period in connection with the Company's financial results for the third quarter ended 30th November 2020.
As at 30th December 2020, Mr. Fong Wah Kai has the below interests:-
Direct: 6,798,800 (4.25%) ordinary shares. Indirect: 78,056,900 (48.79%) ordinary shares.
Details of the dealings will be announced to Bursa Securities within one (1) full trading day after the transaction.
