The Board of Directors of Spritzer Bhd ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 January 2021 incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, Spritzer Development Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202101000486 (1400784-X)] ("Spritzer Development") under the Companies Act 2016 with a total issued share capital of RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares. 

The intended principal activities of Spritzer Development are of property development, investment holding and commercial trading.
