Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 7 January 2020, 7 April 2020, 7 July 2020 and 7 October 2020 in relation to the MOU between DRB-HICOM and MARii (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
DRB-HICOM wishes to inform that it is still in the midst of discussion with MARii. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
