The Company wishes to announce that the parties appeared before Judicial Commissioner, YA Ong Chee Kwan today, 11 January 2021 for Case Management ("CM") (e-review). The Court has fixed CM by way of e-review on 3 February 2021 for the main suit in light of the fact that there is a Restraining Order prohibiting the actions against the 1st, 6th, 11th and 12th Defendants.
