The Board of Directors of Ewein ("the Board") wishes to announce that the following subsidiaries have commenced member's voluntary winding-up ("Voluntary Winding-Up") on 11 January 2021 pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016:-
1) Precision Press Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("PPISB") [Company No. 199001006675 (198245-W)]; and
2) MBM Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("MBMISB") [Company No. 199501011539 (340740-X)];
(collectively referred to as “Subsidiaries”)
Details of these Subsidiaries are as follows:-
Mr Chee Wai Hong has been appointed as Liquidator for the abovementioned Subsidiaries.
The Voluntary Winding-Up of the abovementioned Subsidiaries will not have a material financial and operational impact on the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of Ewein or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Voluntary Winding-up.
