The Board of Directors of Wellcall wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval on the proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Fifteenth Annual General Meeting.

A Circular containing the details of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 September 2020.
