On behalf of the Board of Directors of GFB, NuEnergy Gas Limited (“NuEnergy”), a subsidiary of GFB which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) has on 12 January 2021 received a price and volume query, from ASX on the trading of NuEnergy’s shares on ASX on same date. NuEnergy is unaware of any information concerning it that has not been announced to the market which, if known by some in the market, could explain the recent trading in its securities. The detailed response by NuEnergy to the price and volume query is enclosed in the attachment.
