We refer to the earlier announcements dated 1 July 2020, 9 July 2020, 14 August 2020, 21 August 2020, 27 August 2020, 30 September 2020, 17 November 2020, 30 December 2020 and 13 January 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that 102,000,000 new T7 Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 14 January 2021, which marks the completion of the Private Placement.
