Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 18 December 2020 and 8 January 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 15 January 2021, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 2,920,808,528 new PHB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, on the Main Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following:-

i.          PHB and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Listing Requirements") pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

ii.          PHB and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

iii.         UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

iv.         Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
