Further to the announcement made by the Company on 25 November 2020, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the hearing of the Company's Application for Stay of Execution pursuant to Section 73 and Section 43 of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964 which was fixed for hearing on 11 January 2021 is vacated and the Court has re-fixed a new hearing date on 24 March 2021.
The Company will make further announcement on the developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
