Further to the announcement dated 3 December 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the appeal lodged by STAR against the High Court decision dated 28 September 2020 in dismissing their application pursuant or Order 14A and Order 18 Rule 19 of the Rules of Court was fixed for Case Management on 25 January 2021. The Appeal is fixed for further Case Management on 8 February 2021.

The Company will make further announcement on developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
