Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 28 July 2020 in connection with the Voluntary Dissolution of Kein Hing Industry Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“KHIV”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
The Board of Directors of KHIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 January 2021 received a written approval from the Vietnamese Authority namely the Department of Planning and Investment, Hai Phong City, Vietnam that KHIV had been dissolved on a voluntary basis by its shareholder and the dissolution shall take effect from 26 January 2021.
The voluntary dissolution of KHIV is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net assets per share of the KHIB Group for the financial year ending 30 April 2021.
