We refer to the Company's announcements made on 4 September 2020, 9 October 2020, 9 November 2020, 24 November 2020, 24 December 2020 and 7 January 2021 in respect of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd ("Plaintiff") against H Sky Trading Company ("Defendant").

The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that on 3 February 2021, this matter came up for Case Management via e-Review and the Court had been informed on the progress of the service out of jurisdiction papers which have been sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for submission to the Defendant located in Brunei.

The next Case Management has been fixed on 3 March 2021.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
