The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that the Court has re-fixed the Hearing of Enclosure 9 (Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiff), Enclosure 17 (Striking Out Application filed by the Plaintiff) and Enclosure 29 (Stay of Proceeding Application filed by the Defendants) to 22 February 2021.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
