The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Share Consolidation. We refer to our earlier announcements dated 23 October 2020, 3 November 2020, 16 November 2020, 25 November 2020, 21 January 2021 and 22 January 2021. On behalf of the Board of Directors of PARB, UOB Kay Hian wishes to announce that based on the issued share capital of PARB with effect from 5.00 p.m. on 9 February 2021 ("Entitlement Date"), 2,386,716,593 PARB Shares have been consolidated into 1,193,358,287 Consolidated Shares, and the total number of outstanding warrants 2017/2022 ("Warrants B") of 615,014,227 will be adjusted to 307,507,112 Warrants B ("Consolidated Warrants B") pursuant to the Share Consolidation. The Consolidated Shares and Consolidated Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 10 February 2021, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
