We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 26 August 2020, 10 September 2020, 23 September 2020, 1 October 2020, 5 November 2020, 13 November 2020, 26 November 2020 and 29 January 2021 in respect of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by its wholly owned subsidiary, Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd ("Plaintiff") against Secret Ingredients Sdn Bhd (“Defendant”).
The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that on 9 February 2021, this matter came up for Hearing for Enclosure 7 (Striking Out Application filed by the Defendant) and the Court had allowed Enclosure 7 with costs of RM6,000.00 subject to allocator.
The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
