The Board of Directors of Muda Holdings Berhad (“Muda” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Muda has on 19 February 2021 entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire the entire issued and fully paid up share capital of South East Asia Paper Products Sdn Bhd [Company No. 197801000640 (37653-W)] comprising 3,000,000 ordinary shares from Yee Lee Corporation Bhd [Company No. 197301000057 (13585-A)] for a cash consideration of RM22,500,000.00.
