On behalf of the Board of Directors of Hubline (“Board”), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd (“UOBKH”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed private placement of up to 390,003,014 new Hubline Shares (“Placement Share(s)”), representing up to approximately 10.0% of the Company’s total number of issued shares.
The Proposed Private Placement will be undertaken in accordance with the general mandate pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Act, obtained from the shareholders of Hubline at its annual general meeting (“AGM”) held on 27 February 2020 (“General Mandate”). Under the General Mandate, the Board is authorised to issue new Hubline Shares up to 10.0% of the Company’s total number of issued shares.
