Following the implementation of the Movement Control Order 2.0 (“MCO 2.0”) by the Malaysian Government effective from 13 January 2021 which was further extended to 4 March 2021 to curb the surge of Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 17 February 2021 granted additional temporary relief measures which inter alia include a 1-month extension of time up to 31 March 2021 for the issuance of quarterly reports which are due by 28 February 2021.

The Company wishes to inform that it will avail itself of the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the unaudited quarterly report on consolidated results for the period ended 31 December 2020 is issued by 31 March 2021.
