Reference is made to the directive dated 17 February 2021 issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) setting out the additional relief measures to listed corporations in relation to the Extension of Time for Submission of Quarterly and Annual Reports and Further Relief to Listed Issuers with Unsatisfactory Financial Condition and Inadequate Level of Operation.

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company wishes to inform that in furtherance of the 1-month extension of time granted by Bursa Malaysia, the Company will release its quarterly reports for the period ended 31 December 2020 by the extended due date, i.e  31 March 2021.

Nevertheless, the Company and the Board will continue to comply with the continuing disclosure obligations under the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”), including the obligation to make immediate announcement of material information under Paragraph 9.03 of Main LR, if any.
