We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 21 September 2020, 20 October 2020, 6 January 2021 and 15 January 2021 in respect of the suit filed by Gabungan AQRS Berhad and Trusvest Sdn Bhd (“the Plaintiffs”) against Mr Bernard Lim Soon Chiang (“Defendant”) [collectively known as “the Parties”].
The Company wishes to announce that the Parties attended to the e-review case management on 2 March 2021 before the Deputy Registrar subsequent to the last e-review case management held on 5th February 2021. The Court has now fixed the next e-review case management date to be on 1st April 2021.
The Company will make further announcement on the above matter as and when there is a material development in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions from the Court.
