The Board of Directors of Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad ("LDHB" or the "Company") hereby announce that the Company was notified by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 11 January 2018 that Jernih Aktif Sdn Bhd ("Jernih Aktif"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had following its application for deregistration in July 2016, been struck off from the register of companies and dissolved on 25 August 2017 pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016. 

The dissolution of Jernih Aktif does not have any material impact on the earnings of the LDHB Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2018 and the net liabilities of the LDHB Group based on the audited consolidated statement of financial position of LDHB as at 30 June 2017.
