We refer to the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposals dated 10 May 2021 (“First Announcement”).
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that, the Board has subsequently decided to implement the Proposed Private Placement ahead of the Proposed Bonus Issue in view of the impending need for LKL to secure the necessary funds expeditiously for the New Businesses.
As such, the maximum number of Placement Shares has been revised from 355,046,400 Placement Shares to 177,523,200 Placement Shares. The 177,523,200 Placement Shares would represent up to 30% of the enlarged total number of issued Shares, prior to the Proposed Bonus Issue.
