(i) DBS Vickers Securities (Malaysia) Pte Ltd ("DBSVSM") had a direct interest in 60,000,000 Shares.
(ii) DBS Bank Ltd ("DBS Bank") had a direct interest in 10,600,000 Shares.
(iii) DBSVSM is indirectly wholly owned by DBSH.
(iv) DBS Bank is directly wholly owned by DBSH.
(v) Temasek has a more than 20% interest in DBSH. |
