The Board of Directors of JAVA wish to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia") had, vide its letter dated 17 October 2017 to disallow the Company further appeal for an extension of time to make the Requisite Announcement and decided to de-list the Company pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 of the MMLR. In the circumstances, the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities effective on Monday, 23 October 2017. This announcement is dated 19 October 2017. |
