Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 18 July 2019, 30 September 2019 and 16 October 2019 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 1 October 2019 in relation to the Disposal (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.
