The Board of Directors of Vortex Consolidated Berhad (formerly known as SKH Consortium Berhad) ("VCB") is pleased to inform that the shareholders of VCB had, at the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of VCB held on Monday, 26 August 2019 approved all 10 Ordinary Resolutions and 1 Special Resolution as set out in the Notice of the AGM contained in the Annual Report dated 31 July 2019.

 

The results of the poll were duly validated by Asia Securities Sdn. Berhad, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by VCB.
