The Board of Directors of Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) Berhad ('the Company') wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 August 2019, acquired one (1) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each for a cash consideration of RM1.00 in the capital of Dilof Sdn Bhd. Subsequent to the said acquisition, Dilof Sdn Bhd will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
