The announcement made by the Company on 28 April 2017 on the subject matter refers. The Board of Directors of PERWAJA wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 25 May 2017 dismissed the Company's appeal for an extension of time of up to 31 July 2017 to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval. Bursa Securities has decided to de-list the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 of the MMLR. In the circumstances, the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities effective 30 May 2017 (Tuesday). This announcement is dated 26 May 2017. |
