The Board of Directors of Media Prima Berhad wishes to announce the appointment of YBhg Datuk Syed Hussian Syed Junid as Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee ("NRC") with effect from 22 November 2019.

Following the above, the new composition of NRC is as follows:

4. Encik Hisham Zainal Mokhtar - Member of NRC (Independent Non-Executive Director)

5. YBhg Datuk Syed Hussian Syed Junid - Member of NRC (Independent Non-Executive Group Chairman)
