Further to the Company’s announcements dated 5 January 2017, 27 December 2016, 8 December 2016, 7 December 2016, 1 December 2016, 7 November 2016, 1 November 2016 and 31 October 2016, the Board of Directors of Century Bond Bhd (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board has on 13 January 2017 received the attached letter from Bursa Malaysia Berhad dated 13 January 2017 advising that pursuant to paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the entire issued and paid-up share capital of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. Wednesday, 18 January 2017.
