2)  The last date of lodgment : 18 Dec 2019
3)  Date Payable : 15 Jan 2020

Remarks: The holders of the 5-Year 3.00% Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS") must convert their respective outstanding ICULS and lodge their duly completed and signed conversion notice with the Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on 10 December 2019 in order to be entitled to the Second Interim Dividend. The holders of the Warrants must exercise their respective outstanding Warrants and lodge their duly completed and signed exercise form with the exercise monies with the Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on 10 December 2019 in order to be entitled to the Second Interim Dividend.
