The Board of Directors of PAOS wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company at the forthcoming Twenty Second Annual General Meeting.
The Proposed new Constitution of the Company will be despatched to shareholders of PAOS together with PAOS's Annual Report 2019 in due course.
