Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 8 August 2018 in relation to the discontinuance of License Agreement with DreamWorks Animation LLC.

With reference to the Company’s announcement dated 8 August 2018 in relation to the discontinuance of License Agreement with DreamWorks, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, we wish to announce that ATP has, on 24 July 2019, entered into a Confidential Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release (“Settlement Agreement”) with DreamWorks.  The Settlement Agreement is subject to a confidentiality clause.

Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, the matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties without any monetary consideration.
