We refer to the previous announcements dated 5 November 2015, 18 November 2015, 14 December 2015, 22 December 2015, 4 January 2016, 10 February 2016, 5 April 2016, 8 April 2016, 3 May 2016, 9 May 2016, 2 June 2016, 9 June 2016, 10 June 2016 and 5 July 2016 in relation to the SCR. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 July 2016 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for the proposed delisting of Kulim Shares and the proposed withdrawal of Kulim from the Official List following the completion of the SCR.
