Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein has the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 18 November 2015 in relation to the SCR.

We refer to the previous announcements dated 5 November 2015, 18 November 2015, 14 December 2015, 22 December 2015, 4 January 2016, 10 February 2016, 5 April 2016, 8 April 2016, 3 May 2016, 9 May 2016, 2 June 2016, 9 June 2016 and 10 June 2016 in relation to the SCR.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the capital repayment pursuant to the SCR has been made to the Entitled Shareholders on 5 July 2016 by:-

(a)         electronic remittance to the eDividend accounts duly registered with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd (“eDividend Accounts”); or

(b)        the issuance of cheques to the Entitled Shareholders who do not maintain eDividend Accounts by ordinary mail.

As such, the SCR is deemed to be completed on 5 July 2016.
