The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 12 July 2019, the solicitors for Jaks Island Circle Sdn Bhd ("JIC") have filed an application for Stay of Execution of the High Court Order dated 19 June 2019. Case Management for the application has been fixed on 18 July 2019.
The Company will make further announcement on the development of the above matter as and when necessary.
