The Board of Directors of Mynews Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for renewal of existing mandate and new mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Eleventh Annual General Meeting ("11th AGM") of the Company.

The existing mandate approved by the Company's shareholder at the previous Tenth Annual General Meeting held on 30 March 2023 will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming 11th AGM of the Company, unless authority for its renewal is obtained from the shareholders at the aforesaid 11th AGM.

A Circular to shareholders containing information on the above proposals will be issued to shareholders in due course.
