The Board of Directors of VORTEX wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Adoption of a new Constitution of the Company (“Proposal”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are made mainly for the following purposes:-

(a) To ensure compliance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad; and

(b)  To provide clarity and consistency with the amendments that arise from the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulatory provisions.

A Circular to shareholders which sets out details of the Proposal will be despatched in due course.
