We refer to the announcements dated 17 January 2018, 21 February 2018, 28 February 2018, 30 May 2018, 28 June 2018, 13 July 2018, 30 August 2018, 28 November 2018, 28 December 2018, 9 January 2019, 11 January 2019, 27 February 2019, 29 May 2019, 9 August 2019 and 28 August 2019 in relation to the Company’s non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the LR of Bursa Securities (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined herein, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.

The Board of TAG wishes to announce the following Status Announcement in conjunction with the release of the Company’s quarterly results for the third quarter of the financial year ended 30 September 2019, pursuant to Paragraph 3.3 of PN 19 of the LR of Bursa Securities:-

1. As at the date of this announcement, TAG’s public shareholding spread is 24.538%.
2. The Company is in the process of finalizing the alternative plan to address the shortfall in the public shareholding spread requirement and will make the relevant announcement on the Company’s finalized plan to address the non-compliance in due course.
3. Bursa Securities, vide its letter dated 9 August 2019, has granted the Company an extension of time of six (6) months until 28 December 2019 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement.
