The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Landmarks Berhad (“Landmarks” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Remuneration Committee (as the committee appointed by the Board to administer the Scheme), has approved the offer of options under the Scheme as follows:

i.      Date of offer : 20 November 2019

ii.     Exercise price of the options : RM0.49

iii.     Number of options offered : 6,010,000

iv.    Closing market price of Landmarks shares on 20 November 2019 : RM0.505

v.     Options offered to the Directors: Nil

vi.    Vesting period of the options offered:

        Immediately after acceptance of offer        50.0%

        29 June 2019 – 28 June 2020                   12.5%

        29 June 2020 – 28 June 2021                   12.5%

        29 June 2021 – 28 June 2022                   12.5%

        29 June 2022 – 28 June 2023                   12.5%
