(Unless the context otherwise requires, all definitions used herein shall have the same meanings assigned thereto in the announcement made by the Company on 31 March 2015 and 4 August 2015) We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 4 August 2015, 6 August 2015, 22 October 2015, 18 November 2015, 24 February 2016 1 March 2016 and 4 March 2016 in relation to the SCR. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Hunza, we wish to announce that the capital repayment pursuant to the SCR was made to the Entitled Shareholders on 30 March 2016 by: (a) electronic remittance to the bank accounts registered with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd (“eDividend Accounts”); or (b) the issuance of cheques to the Entitled Shareholders who do not maintain eDividend Accounts by ordinary mail.
