Further to the Company’s announcement made on 16 July 2015, the Board of Directors of GENM wishes to inform that Waters Solihull Limited where the Group has an existing 51% equity interest, had been reclassified as an associate in accordance with the prevailing accounting standards arising from the terms and conditions agreed between the shareholders, subsequent to the incorporation. This announcement is dated 18 March 2016.
