The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Jaks Island Circle Sdn Bhd's Appeal Nos.: W-02(IM)(C)-1198-07/2019 and W-02(IM)(C)-1199-07/2019 are fixed for Case Management on 19 August 2019.

The Company will make further announcement on the development of the above matter as and when necessary.
